Join us for a day of celebration filled with special classes designed to invigorate your body and mind. As we cap off this fantastic day of movement and breath, we'll transition into evening festivities with delightful drinks and nibbles.
The highlight of the evening will be a grounding, guided Somatic Authentic Movement session, followed by exciting prizes and giveaways.

✨ All classes are donation based with a minimum donation of $5 and all proceeds will be donated to Canteen.

To cap off a fantastic day of movement and breath we will open our evening celebrations with drinks and nibbles.
A grounding-guided Somatic Authentic Movement session will follow prizes and giveaways.
So what to expect for the evening's celebrations?
We'll have a little toast to 10 more years :). Mingle and nibble on some delectable treats and then come together in a circle to get grounded and centred with some breathing practices and guided prompts from Tash to help you feel your way into your body. Music will guide and inform your movements while Tash offers up intuitive ways to move and feel into your Soma (body).
We start out slow, exploring movement, our bodies, feelings and breath and as the music changes we'll allow ourselves to cast off our fears, shame, and embarrassment and move fully into the sensation of movement and freedom as we fully inhabit our amazing bodies. There are no steps to remember, and no "dancing ability" required, all that's required of you is to trust your body, listen to its impulses and move in any way that feels right in the moment. No rules, no shoulds or coulds. Just Freedom to move or be still and listen to your inner wisdom. Emotions may arise and surprise you, let the healing wash over you and give yourself permission to be fully present. Eventually, we will come back to a calmer slower pace, feeling cleansed, grounded and more connected to ourselves than ever before. We'll close our circle with a calming meditation and blessing.
