I’m too busy I don’t have any time to come to class.
If you don’t have time to come to class, first thing in the morning practice a few rounds of Sun Salutations, or sit quietly before bed and meditate or just breathe for ten minutes, focusing on the feeling of the inhalation and exhalation and letting all those thoughts just drift on by like clouds in the sky.
Youtube is an absolute treasure trove of yoga goodies, find a Youtube teacher that resonates with you and make a commitment to do one of their videos each week, even better, get your whole family involved.
“What you give to yourself, you give to the world”. If you run yourself ragged trying to fit around everyone else’s expectations you will end up worn out, stressed and frustrated which will ultimately effect your health and relationships, and no amount of money or other peoples agendas will help you fix your relationships or get your ailing health back. Make the time to care for your mind, spirit and body and you will find that miraculously you have more time and energy and an overall better quality of life. It’s okay to put yourself first, “work harder on yourself than you do at your job” (Jim Rohn) and you will find balance, joy and bliss.
