I agree to these terms and conditions:
I understand that yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress relief and re-education as well as relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the instructor. I assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may incur through participation.

I also understand that kids yoga can involve partner and group poses, as well as yoga games. I understand that yoga is not recommended under certain medical conditions and I have my doctors consent to take part in such activities. I agree that I alone take responsibility to decide whether myself or the child under my care is fit to practice yoga. I also understand that supportive and encouraging touch, and group interaction is an integral part of some of these classes.

I understand that yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment.
In addition, I will make the instructor aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations that I am dealing with before class.
