Terms of Agreement
I agree to these terms and conditions: I understand that yoga includes physical movements, as well as relaxation, meditation and breathing techniques. Kids yoga can involve partner and group poses, as well as yoga games, and as is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury cannot be entirely eliminated. I understand that yoga is not recommended under certain medical conditions and I have my doctors consent to take part in such activities. I agree that I alone take responsibility to decide whether myself or the child under my care is fit to practice yoga. I also understand that supportive and encouraging touch, and group interaction is an integral part of some of these classes. I therefore agree to waive any claims that I and/or my child may have hereafter against The Yoga Pantry with regard to the above.
Please ensure you or your child is wearing comfortable clothes and drinks plenty of water before and after the class. It is recommended to avoid eating heavy foods for 2 hours prior to a yoga asana practice. However a light snacks is fine if you need that energy boost.
As with any physical activity please consult your healthcare professional before undertaking any activities that you are unsure about.
We do our best to ensure the comfort and safety of all our students during classes, but we are not medical professional and we also rely on you being a sensible and kind person to yourself and others in class to ensure the best experience for all.
We are here to help you get the most out of these classes and leave feeling uplifted and amazing so please keep us informed if anything changes in regards to your health and wellness.
If at any time during class you are unsure or uncomfortable about anything at all please let a teacher know so that we can help you find the best solution for your needs.
